A scale will be available for challenges, must be within 2 lbs. of registered weight. We will pick multiple random entries to verify Open weights. RULES ● PIAA Modified Rules and PIAA Certified Officials ● Headgear, singlet or two-piece uniforms are required ● Bout times will be 1-1-1. All overtime will be sudden death ● Must have a copy of birth certificate available if age is challenged ● Blind draw seeding NOVICE ● Round Robin using Madison style bracketing. Wrestlers will be grouped according to age and actual weight. Tournament director reserves the right to combine weight classes and divisions if required. ● 6U(6 and under), 8U(Age 8 & 7), 10U(Age 10 & 9), and 12U(Age 12 & 11). Wrestlers must be the division age the day of the tournament. ● First and second year wrestlers only. A third-year wrestler is not eligible. ● Wrestlers who have placed First, Second, or Third in any open tournament, regardless of being a first or second year wrestler are not eligible for the Novice division. They may enter the Open session. ● Tournament director`s ruling on eligibility challenges is final. OPEN ● Round Robin using Madison style bracketing.
