'WEIGH IN AND START TIMES: ALL DIVISIONS: 7:30-8:30am. Start time is 9:30 am. Weigh-in`s must be done in singlets. Nails must be cut short and will be checked before the kid can weigh in. COACHES CARD: All the coaches with cards will go to the head table (before wrestling starts) themselves to sign for their blue band that has their name on it. This week we plan to run 7 surfaces/tables. 7 teams = 7 tables Please prepare your team for this. Not sure if there will be concessions available. Awaiting approval. Feel free to set up shop outside as no food or drinks are allowed in the gym (personal water jugs only). Only approved Coaches with wristbands are allowed to coach on the mat. Please go over this with your parents. If anyone else is in the coaching corner/chair without a wristband then they will need to leave before the match can continue. Everyone will be excited to see their kid wrestling, but let`s do our best to keep everyone in the stands and away from the mats for safety reasons. Team that hosts is in charge of setup and clean up, but please be courteous and help out. We would greatly appreciate it!'
