'DPI info Dear AD/Head Wrestling Coach: Here is some basic info on the DPI at Berthoud to be held on Saturday Jan. 21st 2023 18 man bracket will be used depending on total number of wrestlers entered. We will use Track-Wrestling to create the brackets. Please go to www.trackwrestling.com to enter your roster. You should have received an email to input your rosters into track wrestling. We will be conducting electronic bouts again this year. Please make sure your rosters are entered by 1-19-23 by 9:00 pm. Statisticians will be locked out on 1-19-23 at 10:00 pm. We will seed the tournament on 1-20-23 by 12:00 PM and changes will be allowed after that time if needed. Please make sure you pass this information onto your coaches and statisticians. We will NOT be offering a live stream of the Tournament this year. *There will be a (2 + 2) pound weight allowance because teams are wrestling Thursday and Friday. *Saturday: Weigh-in 6:30 AM, Coaches Meeting 7:30 am. *Saturdays Wrestling begins at 8:00 AM *Medals will be awarded up to 3rd place winners at each weight. Trophy will be presented to the top team *ADMISSION ? All-Tournament passes - $20 Adults and $15 Student/Senior *A hospitality room will be located by the main entrance *Team Bus Parking is in the west back parking lot. All teams must enter through the East athletic entrance. *Weigh-in rosters accepted at this entry. *Boys weigh-in will be located in the small gym by the east entrants * Girls weigh-ins will be located in the girls locker room on the west side of the large gym. *A training staff will be on site but please make sure teams bring their own taping supplies * A hospitality room will available for coaches and managers Entry fee is $350. Checks should be made payable to Berthoud High School. Please have the check at the coaches meeting or send them to the school, Attn: Michael Dewall Berthoud High School Concessions will be open all day.
