Coaches and Athletic Directors, This year`s tournament will be run on Track Wrestling. A link will be sent to you to enter your roster and weights, deadline is Friday, November 4th by 7pm. We will be using the MHSAA weight classes for Jr High as follows: 70lbs. 75lbs. 80lbs. 85lbs. 90lbs. 95lbs. 100lbs. 105lbs. 110lbs. 115lbs. 120lbs. 125lbs. 130lbs. 137lbs. 145lbs. 155lbs. 167lbs. 185lbs. Heavyweight Weight classes with more than 6 wrestlers will be split into pools, with cross over matches for the finals where permitted. Weight classes may be combined within one weight class, pending coach approval. Wrestling will begin at about 9:00-9:30am depending on the number of scratches and changes we need to make. The scratch meeting will be at 8:30am, so please be sure to be on time for that. If you can text or email me a scratch earlier, that would be great. We will wrestle on 2 mats and will not take a break. Our cafeteria will be available. There will be no concessions but there is a convenience store next door.
