Five NAIA Storylines To Follow At The NWCA National Duals

One of the season's most exciting events goes down Friday and Saturday at the UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls. The NWCA National Duals will be full of entertaining duals and must-watch individual matches. The past four editions of the National Duals have concluded with Grand View versus Life in the NAIA final. Those two are the favorites again this year, but there are few locks in this year’s bracket. Menlo is back in the bracket, checking in as the fifth seed. Central Methodist has earned its first bid to the National Duals after a stellar national tournament last spring. Here are five things to keep your eyes on in the men’s division.

One of Division II wrestling’s most intriguing events of the season kicks off Friday when the NWCA National Duals begin at the UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls. This year’s field features nine of the top 10 teams in the Flowrestling Division II team tournament rankings — #1 West Liberty, #2 Indianapolis, #3 St. Cloud State, #4 Central Oklahoma, #5 Lake Erie, #7 Lander, #8 Upper Iowa, #9 Northern State and #10 Mary.

The NWCA Multidivisional National Duals return to the UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls, Iowa, for the first time since 2011. Six separate divisions and 95 teams will be represented at the event.
