'`2nd Annual ?OC Rumble? Middle School Wrestling Tournament *Formerly known as Grappling at the Grove* Saturday December 9, 2023 MATCH TIME: 10:00 AM. Coaches Meeting at 8:30 AM. LOCATION: Orange County High School Hornet Sport Center (Field House) 201 Selma Rd, Orange VA 22960 COST: $200.00 per school, due by Wednesday, December 6th. Checks payable to LGMS Athletics or PHMS Athletics Checks can be mailed to LGMS 6368 Flat Run Rd, Locust Grove, VA 22508 or PHMS 202 Daily Drive, Orange, VA 22942 FORMAT: Double elimination bracket invitational on 4 mats. Top 4 wrestlers in each weight class will place. Championship periods will be a minute and a half, consolation periods will be one minute. AWARDS: Medals for top three wrestlers in each weight class. Ribbons 4th-6th, depending on the size of the weight class. WEIGHT CLASSES: 76, 82, 88, 94, 100, 106, 113, 120, 126, 132, 138, 145, 152, 160, 170, 195, 220 and 250 Women`s Divisions based on number and Madison Weights ENTRIES: Due to no team trophy, Unlimited wrestlers per weight class create full brackets. Enter Rosters into TrackWrestling: 2nd Annual OC Rumble by Tuesday, December 5th,2023 . Scratches can be submitted by the Head Coach until Friday, December 8th at 5:00pm. WEIGH-INS: Weigh-ins will begin at 8:00am and continue as teams arrive. There will be no growth allowance, due to tournament being befor January 1st, 2024. CONCESSIONS: Concessions will be provided all day. A hospitality room for coaches and tournament workers will also be provided. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK WILL BE PERMITTED AND NO COOLERS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE GYM/BUILDING. We will send out our menu for this event by Sunday, December 3rd.
