'``General Info MARYVILLE WRESTLING BONGO BAYLY OPEN DATE & Saturday, January 6th, 2024 Maryville University - Simon Center LOCATION: 650 Maryville University Drive St. Louis, MO 63141 ELIGIBILITY: Open to all post high school wrestlers. SKIN CHECKS & Saturday, January 6th - Skin Checks at 6:45 a.m. & Weigh-ins at 7:00 a.m. WEIGH-INS: If a wrestler fails to make the weight he is entered at, there will be a $10.00 charge to move up to the next weight. WEIGHT CLASSES: The weight classes will be 125, 133, 141, 149, 157, 165, 174, 184, 197, 285. ENTRY FEE: A fee of $40.00 per wrestler will be charged. Make all checks out to Maryville Wrestling Credit Card payment will be accepted on site Entry fee must be paid before weigh-ins & is non-refundable. AWARDS: Awards: To the champion at each weight class. TOURNAMENT: This will be a double elimination format tournament. MATCHES: Wrestling begins at 9:00 a.m. and run straight through. Matches will be 7 minutes, with riding time. NCAA rules and procedures will be used. SCORING: There will be no team scoring. FACILITIES: Wrestling mats will be available at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 5th to workout. On Saturday,Jan. 6th, gym will open at 6:00 a.m. ENTRY DEADLINE: Thursday, January 4th at Noon. All entries are to be submitted through TrackWrestling. SEEDING: Outstanding individuals will be seeded.
