```The TCNJ Pride Tournament was created by high school coaches who all had wrestled for legendary coach Dave Icenhower at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) (formerly Trenton State College, TSC). At the time of its initial creation, Coach Ice was still among us and able to attend the event and enjoy the camaraderie among his former wrestlers. He took great pride in the men he nurtured and seeing the values he instilled in them being passed down to the next generation. Sadly, liver cancer brought about the untimely and all to early passing of Coach Ice. So, while he is no longer here in person, it is his memory that brings this group together, year after year.
