Sooners Down Cowboys in Wild Bedlam Dual
The Oklahoma vs Oklahoma State event known as Bedlam was as exciting and unpredicatble as it could have been. The Sooners battled back from a 15-3 deficit to sneak past the Cowboys 16-15, winning the final four matches and picking up bonus points from Travis Rutt at 197. The Cowboys had early upsets from true freshman Anthony Collica in a comeback win over All-American Nick Lester at 141, and Josh Kindig, who defeated defending NCAA champion Kendric Maple at 149. It seemed like Oklahoma State was well on their way to yet another victory over their in state rival.
