RESULTS: Michigan State Open Finals

As expected, the Ohio State University freshman ARE THE TRUTH! Tomasello ran through Micic in the finals after manhandling true frosh Zeke Moisey (who would later beat #18 Connor Youtsey); Bo Jordan controlled #7 Taylor Massa from start to finish to win yet another d1 open tournament; Kyle Snyder took down #9 Phil Wellington with ease in his NCAA debut this weekend. Also of note: BoJo's younger brother, Micah, won the frosh/soph division at 157 and beat Indiana's Jake Danishek in a battle of former 4x Ohio state champions.

Michigan State Open Preview

For years the Michigan State Open has been one of the premier open tournaments across the country, and this year is no different. This years field of teams is led by: Central Michigan, Columbia, Michigan, Navy, Notre Dame College, Ohio, Ohio State, Purdue, and West Virginia. Tune into see Adam Coon kick off his sophomore season, watch young Bucks Nathan Tomasello and Bo Jordan try and defend their MSU Open titles, and see Sammie Henson make his head coaching debut as he brings the Mountaineers to East Lansing.

LIVE This Weekend on Flo: 11/1/2014

College wrestling super match action, probably the most competitive tournament in high school wrestling, a potential rubber match between Mark Hall and Anthony Valencia (Hall/Valencia III), and an awesome collegiate open tournament to boot!
