Minnesota's Stacked Junior Duals Roster

What a successful grade-level dual season it has been for Minnesota so far. It swept both styles at Schoolboy Duals, won cadet Greco, and took fourth in cadet freestyle. Team Oklahoma Looking For A Three-Peat

Despite Illinois' dominance at Junior Duals in freestyle (six of the last 10 titles), Team Oklahoma has claimed the past two Junior Freestyle Duals titles in their home state. This year, the Outlaws are sending a staggering 14 state champs, a handful of nationally ranked guys, Fargo champs, and a Cadet World medalist. Multiple State Champs Headline Team Iowa at Jr. Duals

It’s been more than 10 years since Iowa won a Junior Duals national title. Led by NCAA All-Americans Cory Clark and Willie Miklus, Iowa placed second in 2012, but lost to Illinois in the finals. Iowa is hoping to improve last year’s fifth-place finish by bringing 11 state champions and multiple Fargo All-Americans to Tulsa.

Junior Duals Live Starting Tomorrow

Starting tomorrow the nation's best high school wrestlers will descend on Tulsa, Oklahoma for the prestigious Junior Duals looking to bring home a national title for their state. The story over the past 10 years at Junior Duals has been the dominance of Illinois in both styles. The Land of Lincoln has taken home the title 8 of the last ten years in Greco, and 6 of the last 10 years in Freestyle. However, team Oklahoma has won the past two Freestyle crowns, and will once again look to defend home soil and make it a three-peat.

New Jersey Jr. Duals Team Preview

Junior Duals kicks off the week, and New Jersey is another state that will have a talented roster from top to bottom. They finished last year with a third-place finish, their highest since 2009 when they took second and lost to Ohio in the finals. The Garden State could be the favorite to take the freestyle crown this year in Tulsa--its team consists of 12 nationally ranked wrestlers, and half of them are students at prep school Blair Academy.

California Bringing The Heat To Junior Duals

With Junior National Duals quickly approaching, the first freestyle team roster has surfaced and it is stacked! Team California, who are coming off an 11th place finish in last year's dual tournament, will have five nationally ranked wrestlers featured on their roster. The Golden State will also be bringing five state champions and three state runner-ups to Tulsa. Wrestling begins Wednesday, June 22 with Greco and concludes on Saturday, June 25 with the freestyle placement matches. You can watch all the action from Tulsa live on Flo this weekend.
