Running 6 mats and split starts for a fast paced tournament!  Divisions will run in separate areas to avoid congestion and allow distancing.  50 wrestlers per division accepted.

In registering for this event, I the undersigned consenting adult hereby give the undersigned wrestler permission to participate in the tournament.  I hereby waive and release Eagle Nation, their owners, staff, tournament officials, referees sponsors, coaches, and anyone connected with the tournament from any and all claims or right to damage for injuries or losses suffered.

I further acknowledge that in the sport of wrestling social distancing is not always feasible. I further acknowledge that Eagle Nation Sports and Fitness, the coaches, and the owners of the property, cannot guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of others, and myself including, but not limited to, coaches, and other participants and their families.
