The teams will be ranked by the coaches from each team. The tournament director will calculate the average ranking of team. Then the teams will be put into two pools. The teams in pool A will be ranked 1,4,5,8 and in pool B will be ranked 2,3,6,7. Next each team will wrestle 3 matches in their pool. In the fourth round the teams placing first in each pool will wrestle the teams placing second in the opposite pool and the teams placing third in each pool will wrestle the teams placing fourth in the opposite pool. The final round each team will wrestle the team placing the same in the opposite pool.
