LINE UP SHEET: We will be using Track Wrestling and you should have already received your user name and password. ** Important** If you did not receive either your user name or password, contact Angela Larsen at ealarsen@bayland.net
Please enter your rosters onto Track Wrestling by Friday January 4, 2008
ENTRY FEE: $130.00 – Please send this fee in advance, or send it along with your coach on the date of the tournament.
SEEDING: Seeding will be done in accordance with the rules and guidelines in the Bay Conference By-Laws and WIAA seeding procedures.
TIME SCHEDULE:
Weigh-Ins to begin at 8:30 am
Preliminaries to begin at 10:30 am
Quarter-Finals to begin after Preliminaries
Semi-Finals to begin after completion of Quarter Finals.
Championship, Third, and Fifth Place matches will begin after Semi-Finals
& will be wrestled at the same time in the same weight class.
Finals are scheduled to start at 4:30pm
WEIGH-INS: 8:30am. Weigh-Ins will be conducted in the Wrestling room. There will be signs to help direct you.
COAHCES MEETING: Coaches meeting will be held in room 508 @ 9:15am right after weigh-ins have been completed.
OFFICIALS: Bruce Shefchik, Kevin Guilette, John Shefchik,, Brett Van Vooren and Christopher Desterheft.
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE: Bellin Health Sports Medicine will be providing an athletic trainer. A training room will be available for ice, taping, etc.
TICKETS: Tickets for the days’ activities will be sold in the Commons area.
Prices: Adults - $6.00
Students - $3.00
No passes will be accepted
AWARDS: Medals will be awarded to the first through third place finishers. Trophies will be given to the 1st and 2nd place teams as well as to the Outstanding Wrestler.
LOCKER ROOM ASSIGNMENTS: Locker Rooms will be assigned upon arrival. Oconto Falls High School will not be responsible for lost or stolen articles. Each coach is responsible for his assigned area. Visiting schools should provide their own locks. Locker Rooms will be locked during the tournament.
HOSPITALITY: There will be a Coaches and Officials Hospitality Room (Room 508) with coffee, juice and rolls during the coaches meeting. You will receive 4 lunch meal tickets for the hospitality room. These tickets will be in your packets for you to distribute to your coaches for their lunch to be served in the Hospitality Room. Otherwise they are welcome to go through the line to purchase their lunch at the concessions. Officials will also be served in the hospitality room.
FOOD: We will allow only popcorn and water into the gym. All coaches please enforce that no other types of food or beverages are brought into the gym. NO COOLERS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE FIELD HOUSE. NO FOOD OR SODA IS ALLOWED IN THE LOCKER ROOMS OR FIELDHOUSE. Concessions will be sold throughout the tournament and can be consumed only in the Commons.
