Wrestlers will be assigned into pools based on Age Divisions, Weight, and Experience. Format is designed with the intention of guaranteeing each wrestler 3 or 4 matches. Every effort will be made to assure 4 matches. However, the number of entries will dictate the number of matches for each weight class - Referee decisions final. All protests to be directed to tournament directors. HEADGEAR is recommended for all competitors, but is required for those in the Kids Divisions. Wrestlers are also required to secure shoe laces to avoid unfastening by using tape or other suitable enclosure. Awards: Medals for the top three place winners in each weight class. *Team trophy for top 2 teams*. (*Sanctioned USA Clubs) RULES: (Scholastic) The National Federation Rules and USA Wrestling rules will govern the event. Concessions: Food and drinks will be available on site. Late Fee $20.00 MEDICAL INFORMATION: Athletes must submit to a skin disease screening prior to weigh-in. The chief medical officer has full authority without appeal in determining the eligibility of an athlete to compete. In the event of injury or illness, no contestant will be permitted to continue the competition without approval of the Chief Medical Officer, whose decision is final and not subject to appeal.
