WESTERN SUN CONFERENCE Varsity Tournament Sycamore High School January 24, 2008 Participating Teams Batavia (BAT) DeKalb (DEK) Geneva (GEN) Glenbard South (GS) Kaneland (KAN) Rochelle (ROC) Sycamore (SYC) Yorkville (YOR) Entries for Tournament The head coach and athletic director of each team will receive an email from Chauncey Carrick and trackwrestling.com. This email will give specific instructions on how to enter the wrestlers in the tournament. Each school will be allowed one (1) entry in the tournament. The instructions will need the athlete?s name, year in school and record. Seeding Meeting The seeding meeting will be on Thursday, January 22 at 7:00pm. The meeting will be in room 158. If you enter the doors at the south end of the football field, 158 is the 2nd classroom on the left. Schedule 7:00am Weigh in 9:00am Quarterfinals Semifinals and First Round Wrestlebacks Lunch Break Semifinal Wrestlebacks Finals . Weigh In Weigh in will be at 7:00am. They will take place in the west locker room. Each wrestler will be receiving the two (2) pound growth allowance given by the IHSA. Admission Adults-$5.00 all day Students-$3.00 all day Passes Passes will be handed out at weigh in. Each wrestler will receive his after weighs in. Each team will be given passes for coaches and two passes for managers. Cheerleaders in uniform will be allowed in, but will not be allowed mat side. Only those with passes will be allow on the floor. Awards Medals for the top three wrestlers. Trophy for team champion. Hospitality Room The hospitality room will be in the cafeteria. This room is for coaches, officials, media, workers and bus drivers. No wrestlers, managers, statistians or other unauthorized personnel.
