We will be using the web-based Trackwrestling tournament manager. If you do not receive an email with a password by Monday, January 4, 2010, please contact me. Line-ups are due at 5:00 PM on January 15, 2010 and seeding information and head to head will need to be entered by 11:59 PM, Friday, January 15th.
We will also need a separate roster faxed to our school by NOON on Wednesday, January 13th. This does not need to be a final submission of your line-up, but will allow us to prepare a program in advance of the tournament. Please include your wrestlers name, weight, grade and record. Our fax number is: 608-585-2505.
Your help and cooperation in giving the tournament publicity in your school, community and to the media will be greatly rewarding to the wrestlers and will be appreciated by us very much. Please publicize related information such as times, and gate prices as much as possible.
Please do not forget the $150 entry fee! Make checks payable to Ithaca schools. Also, conference passes will not be honored at this tournament. If you have any further questions about the tournament, I can be reached at 608-585-3092 (home) or 608-585-2311 (school).
Best of Luck to all.
Sincerely
Neal Anderson
