WIAA Referees Bellin Sports Trainers on site Complete details regarding format, registration, weigh-in instructions and tournament payment and deadlines can be found at www.trackwrestling.com You MUST pre-register your wrestlers weight on-line, which can be updated up to the 11:59AM deadline on February 5th. This will be used for bracketing the night before the tournament. Brackets can be viewed on-line as soon as bracketing is complete. o Events will be run in 2 ½ hour sessions o Confirmation weigh-ins will occur 1 hour before the session starts o A wrestler will complete all of their wrestling within the session they are scheduled o Session 1 (8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. including weigh-ins) o Weigh-Ins start at 8:00 a.m. o Wrestling starts at 9:00 a.m. o Wrestling completes around 11:30 a.m. o Session 2 - IF NECESSARY (10:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. including weigh-ins) o Weigh-Ins start at 10:30 a.m. o Wrestling starts at 11:30 a.m. o Wrestling completes around 2:00 p.m. o Session 3 - IF NECESSARY (1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. including weigh-ins) o Weigh-Ins start at 1:00 p.m. o Wrestling starts at 2:00 p.m. o Wrestling completes around 4:30 p.m. o Everyone will INITIALLY be scheduled to wrestle in Session 1 o As the tournament fills up, age groups may be moved to later sessions. o Wrestlers and coaches will be notified via email (which is entered during registration) and on the website if they are moved to a later session. o The older age groups will be the first to be moved to later sessions. o Divisions: Born 2003-05, Born 2001-02, Born 1999-00, Born 1997-98, Born 1995-96 o 5 Man Round Robins -Targeting 4 matches with 1 every half hour. o 3 one minute periods o $12 entry fee o Exhibition matches available the day of the tournament YOU MUST REGISTER ON-LINE AT WWW.TRACKWRESTLING.COM.
