2010 Mount Horeb/Barneveld Junior Varsity Wrestling Tournament Location: Mount Horeb Area High School 305 S 8th Street Mount Horeb, WI 53572 Junior Varsity Schools: Cambridge, Deerfield, La Crosse Central, Madison Edgewood, Johnson Creek, Kettle Moraine, Lakeside Lutheran, Middleton, Mt. Horeb/Barneveld, Oregon, Sun Prairie, Verona, and Waupun. Date: December 18, 2010 Important Information: 1. Time Schedule: 8:00 am Weigh-in?s (HS Wrestling Room ? Room 516) 8:30 am Coach?s Meeting (Rooms 611 & 613) 9:30 am Wrestling Begins (Varsity in Main Gym & JV in Aux. Gym) 2. Tournament Format: 8-man scramble. 3. All Coaches must access trackwrestling and have rosters entered by 3 pm on Friday, December 17. 4. Locker Rooms: Teams will be assigned a locker room. Please remind wrestlers to bring towels and locks. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 5. Warm-Up Area: Varsity warm-ups in Wrestling Room and JV warm-ups in Aux. gym. 6. Cheer/Spirit: Hospitality Room in Little Theater ? Room 122. Please let us know if you will be bringing your cheerleading team. 7. Athletic Trainer: A UW Health Athletic Trainer will be present in each gym. 8. Bus Parking: Please have your bus park in the middle school lot (located directly across the street from the high school). 9. Admission: $4 per individual (wrestlers, coaches, managers, cheerleaders and bus driver free). 10. Awards: Trophies for top 2 teams, Individual metals for top 3 wrestlers 11. Concessions: Concessions will be sold. No coolers in the gym. Encourage wrestlers to use our commons and atrium areas to relax and store coolers. 12. Coach?s Room: Food provided for coaches, officials and workers. 13. Reminders: Radios, Noisemakers, banners, and signs will not be allowed. 14. Entry fee: Varsity Team - $95 and Junior Varsity Team - $80. We look forward to hosting on December 18.
