NO WALK INS OR LATE REG ACCEPTED o Events will be run in 2 ½ hour sessions o Confirmation weigh-ins will occur 1 hour before the session starts (we recommend to register high to be safe, weights can be changed up to the Friday noon deadline by using your registration #) o A wrestler will complete all of their wrestling within the session they are scheduled o Session 1 (8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. including weigh-ins) Div 2005-07, 2003-04 Weigh-Ins start at 8:00 a.m. Wrestling starts at 9:00 a.m. Wrestling completes around 11:30 a.m. o Session 2 - (11 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. including weigh-ins) Div 2001-02, 1999-00, 1997-98 Weigh-Ins start at 11 a.m. Wrestling starts at NOON Wrestling completes around 2:30 p.m. o Session 3 - IF NECESSARY (1:30 p.m. - 5 p.m. including weigh-ins) Weigh-Ins start at 1:30 p.m. Wrestling starts at 2:30 p.m. Wrestling completes around 5 p.m. o Everyone will INITIALLY be scheduled to wrestle in Session 1 and 2 As the tournament fills up, age groups may be moved to later sessions. Wrestlers and coaches will be notified via email (which is entered during registration) and on the website if they are moved to a later session. The older age groups will be the first to be moved to later sessions. o Divisions: Born 2005-07, Born 2003-04, Born 2001-02, Born 1999-00, Born 1997-98 o 5 Man Round Robins -Targeting 4 matches with 1 every half hour. o 3 one minute periods o $15 entry fee o Exhibition matches available the day of the tournament o Team trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. $15 entry fee.
