2010-2011 4A Northern Divisional Tournament Location: Box Elder High School (380 south 600 West Brigham City, Utah 84302) Date: Friday, February 4, 2011 through Saturday, February 5, 2011 Weight Allowance: The weight allowance for Friday will be scratch weight plus the growth allowance (105, 114, 121, 127, etc.). The weight allowance for Saturday will increase by one additional pound (106, 115, 122, 128, etc.). Parking: School will be in session when you arrive for weigh-ins. Please have your bus drivers park in the northeast section of the school parking lot. Please let your parents and fans know that school lets out at 2:50 P.M. Anyone arriving at that time will find it challenging to get into the parking lot. The parking lot usually clears out fairly rapidly, so there will be more available parking around 3:10 P.M. Weigh-in: Teams please enter the gym from the North side of the main gym. There is a fire lane right in front of the gym where they will be able to enter the main gym. The weigh-in will begin at 12:00 P.M. in the Box Elder Small gym. They will proceed according to NFHS rules. Weigh-ins will be done by teams. Coaches need to bring valid weigh-in sheets to the weigh-in. Weigh-in on Saturday will be at 9:00 A.M. and will follow the same procedure as Friday. Coaches Meeting: A short coaches meeting will be held in room M1 or Madison 1. This meeting will cover any last minute changes to line-ups due to injury, not making weight, etc. Entry fees are due at this meeting. Tickets: Ticket prices are as follows: Day Pass Tournament Pass Adult $7.00 $12.00 Student (k-12 with ID) $6.00 $10.00 Child (under 12) $6.00 $10.00 Family Pass (2adults/4children) $21.00 $40.00 UHSAA cards accepted with ID (REGION PASSES NOT ACCEPTED) Cheerleaders in uniform will be admitted free of charge. A reasonable amount of team managers and scorekeepers will be admitted without charge. Awards: The top eight place winners in each weight will receive medals. The top team will receive a trophy.
