2011 Olympian Conference Wrestling Meet February 5, 2011 Host: Hilbert High School Time Schedule: Weigh-in @ 8:30 am; Coaches Meeting @ 9:00 am; Quarterfinals @ 10:00 am; Semi-finals and Consolation Brackets continue after Quarterfinals with a 30 minute lunch break built in; 5th Place matches will be 30 minutes after the Semi- finals; 3rd Place and Championships Matches will immediately following the 5th Place matches. Officials: Brad Siebers, Dennis Quinlan, Jiim Ewing Locker rooms will be assigned the day of the meet. You must furnish your own towels and you will be responsible for your own valuables. We encourage all food to be consumed in the cafeteria area. NO duffle bags or coolers will be allowed in the gymnasium due to seating. Ticket Prices: All day adult - $4; Student (7-12) $3; Children (K-6) $2; Finals Only Adult $3; Student (7-12) $2; Children (K-6) $1 Concessions: There will be concessions available throughout the day. Only water will be allowed in the gym during the day. Team Entry: Each team will be allowed admission for (14) team members in uniform, (2) managers, (1) head coach, (1) assistant coach, cheerleaders in uniform and (1) cheer advisor. Awards: A first place trophy will be awarded. The top three finishers in each weight class will receive medals. A most valuable wrestler will be recognized, but no award is given. Sportsmanship: The Olympian Conference works hard to promote good sportsmanship. All coaches are reminded to inform their wrestlers that they are expected to show god sportsmanship at all times during the tournament.
