2011 Eastern Valley Conference Wrestling Tournament Clintonville High School Date and Time Schedule: Saturday, February 5, 2011 - Clintonville High School Fieldhouse 8:00 a.m. ? Weigh-in, CHS Wrestling Room 8:30 a.m. ? Seeding Meeting 9:45 a.m. ? Competition begins, Pigtails/ Quarter-finals Semi-Finals ? 15 minutes after the completion of Pigtails/ Quarter-finals Medal Rounds ? 15 minutes after the completion of Semi-finals (will be wrestled on three mats) WIAA officials: ? Paul Amundson, Phil Ducat, Larry Gorres, Dan Scharenbrock, Mike Schumacher Medical coverage: ? Sherri DeLisle, Shawano Sports Medicine. Meet manager: ? Justin McAuly, (715) 460-4479 (cell) ? Shelly McAuly WIAA Ticket Policies: Prices: Adult - $4.00 Student/ Child - $2.00 Free admissions for participating schools will include tournament passes for the list below. Everyone else (and this will be strictly enforced) pays, including non-participating coaches, relatives, etc. Wrestlers actually competing Managers Cheerleaders (in uniform) Head coach and Assistant coaches Locker rooms will be assigned upon arrival: ? Secure your own valuables. ? Furnish you own towels. ? There are no locker rooms for cheerleaders, please come in uniform. Concessions: ? A variety of food selections will be sold from the concession stand throughout the day at reasonable prices. ? All food & beverages purchased at the concession stand should remain in the commons area lobby. Conduct: Conduct of coaches, spectators, and participants is covered in the WIAA Handbook. Please review conduct policies. Restrictions regarding noisemakers, radios, tape decks, banners, etc. will be followed.
