Coaches, Region will be held at Box Elder this year. We are planning on following a schedule similar to last year?s schedule. On Wednesday we will have food available in the hospitality (faculty) room. We will not have a formal break for dinner unless time allows. Coaching staffs are welcome to grab a bite at their convenience. On Thursday we will have a formal dinner break before the finals at about 5:15 while we break the mats down to 1 mat. Can you let me know how many might attend this dinner, including administration by this Friday, Jan. 25? Wednesday: Weigh In: 1:00 pm Scratch Weight (108, 115, etc.) Round 1 3:00 pm Round 2 4:15 pm Consolation and Championship Quarter Finals Round 3 6:30 pm Consolation Thursday: Weigh In: 12:00 pm Scratch + 1 (109, 116, etc.) Round 5 2:00 pm Semi-Finals and Consolation Quarters Round 6 3:30 pm Consolation Semi-Finals Round 7 4:30 pm Placing Round Round 8 6:00 pm Championship 4 mats will be used for all rounds except the finals. The seeding meeting will take place on Monday, February 4 at 6:00 pm in Madison Hall at Box Elder high school room 1 or M1 which is my classroom. You will need to enter your lineups into Track Wrestling by Saturday Feb. 2nd by 12:00 am. (Track Wrestling says 1:00 am but that is C.S.T) At 12:01 AM you can start entering seeding criteria and head to head info. You will have until Monday Feb. 4th at 2:00 pm to enter this info before you will be locked out. The following is the seeding criteria: Please pay attention to letter q. You must enter all criteria and head to head information before 2:00 pm or that information will not be considered during the seeding meeting. This includes your JV kid?s head to head competition.
