GERMANTOWN HORNETS YOUTH WRESTLING TOURNAMENT SATURDAY, JANUARY 26, 2013 GERMANTOWN, WI GERMANTOWN HORNETS YOUTH WRESTLING CLUB Location: GERMANTOWN HIGH SCHOOL - W180 N11501 River Lane 2006-08 2004-05 2002-03 2000-01 1998-99 WIAA officials and full mats for 1998-1999 and 2 other WIAA officials for other 9th graders are not eligible to participate. No Weigh-ins “Honor system” – Enter weight via www.trackwrestling.com during the pre-registration process USA card required (Must purchase on own – Can be purchased at http://www.usawmembership.com) – Enter USA Card # in pre-registration WWF Folkstyle rules – Head gear required (1-1-1 Periods with OT 1 minute periods until a takedown is scored) Track Wrestling Preregistration only by 4p.m. January 25th, 2013 or until limit is reached. (350) No Late registration or at the door registration will be accepted. 5-person and 4-person round robin/assigned mats (All brackets will be pre-determined using criteria entered in the pre-registration on www.trackwrestling.com – if there is a no-show wrestler, the bracket will remain a 4-person or 5-person bracket but will have a “Forfeit” in place of the wrestler) Doors open to public at 7:30 a.m. – Registration is from 7:30 – 8:40 a.m. Must check in at registration table, Please do not be late. Wrestling to start at 9 a.m. sharp! $15.00 entry fee paid through www.trackwrestling.com - pre-registration only No payments at the door for individual entry, only team entry No Individual Walk-ins will be accepted! $20.00 per team (10 wrestlers per team) - Nice team trophies 1st – 3rd This fee will be paid at the tournament once a 10-member team has been assembled. Please fill out the “Team Form” and return with payment of $20 (Cash OR Checks Only – Checks should be made out to “Germantown Wrestling”) Dog tags for all contestants – Each champion gets a t-shirt and bracket board - Great concessions all day - $2 Entry Fee for adult spectators 18 and over – Pay at the door – A program will be provided with tournament information with the entry fee All proceeds will go to the Germantown Wrestling Program. Spectators will not be allowed on the mat. Only 1 coach/parent and a camera/film person per wrestler will be allowed. This really helps the tournament workers do their job and other spectators view the matches. Your cooperation is very much appreciated.
