Utah Folkstyle/Freestyle State Championships April 16-17, 2010 Viewmont High School 120 West 1000 North Bountiful, Utah PREREGISTRATION & PREWEIGH-IN ONLY Wrestlers must be pre-registered by 6:30 P.M. on Thursday, April 15th for either/both styles. To Pre-register, go to www.trackwrestling.com. Weigh-ins will be at regional weigh-in sites as per the normal procedure. Weigh-in information must be entered by 9 P.M. Thursday night on Trackwrestling.com. ENTRY FEE: $16 per style BRACKETING Wrestlers will be bracketed according to the standard USA Wrestling weight classes and age divisions. For Folkstyle, standard line brackets will be used. Regular freestyle format bracket will be used for freestyle with cross-bracket for weight classes with 6 or more wrestlers. AWARDS Medals to the top 8 wrestlers in each weight class and team trophies to the top teams SCHEDULE FOLKSTYLE STATE CHAMPIONSHIP- FRIDAY, APRIL 16th Officials meeting at 4:30 P.M., Coaches Meeting at 5 P.M., with FIRST MATCHES CALLED at 5:30 P.M. No staggered start. All divisions will be wrestling at the same time with kid divisions on 9 mats and Cadets and Juniors on 3 mats. Please leave early so that your wrestler does not have to forfeit his first match. If a wrestler is not present when called to wrestle, he will be given a first call and a final call. If he does not report to the mat or to the head announcer?s table within five minutes of the final call, he forfeits his match.
