Day 1 – Friday, December 13, 2013 Weigh-in at home site – Morning of Tournament – Faxed to Eudora ASAP after weigh-in Seeding Meeting – Starts promptly @ 10:00 am – Eudora High School – Room B118 Pass Gate Entry – 12:30 pm – Eudora High School – (will not open until 12:30 pm) Wrestler Inspection – 1:10pm – Locker Room Areas – Designated Locker Room First Round – 1:30pm – 4 Mats – 3 in the Gym & 1 in Wrestling Room. Second Round – 3:30pm - 4 Mats – 3 in the Gym & 1 in Wrestling Room. Break – 30 minutes – (for officials & tournament workers) Third Round – 6:00pm - 4 Mats – 3 in the Gym & 1 in Wrestling Room. Fourth Round – 8:00pm - 4 Mats – 3 in the Gym & 1 in Wrestling Room. Friday Night Weigh-in – In Boys Varsity Locker room – 1 hour to make weight, weigh-in for each weight class will begin at the conclusion of all matches for that specific weight class. Day 2 – Saturday, December 14, 2013 Coaches Meeting – 8:30am – Notification of Scratches – Voicing Concerns Fifth Round – 9:00 am - 4 Mats – 3 in the Gym & 1 in Wrestling Room. Break – Lunch Break – Setting Championship Brackets Sixth Round – 12:30 pm – (1st Round Championship Bracket) 4 mats Seventh Round – 2:30 pm – (Semi – Finals & 1st Rd. Wrestles Backs) 4 mats Eighth Round – 4:30 pm – (Cross-bracket Wrestle Backs & (7th Place Matches) 3 mats Ninth Round – 5:30 pm (1st – 3rd –5th Place Matches) 3 mats Championship on center mat; 3rd Place Matches on East Mat; 5th Place Matches on West Mat Medals awarded on West End of Gym – Contestants in School Attire – Top 6 medal Plaques awarded to top three teams Please Note: Schedule is subject to change; Tournament Management reserves the right to proceed ahead of schedule.
