2012 DAVIS SCHOOL DISTRICT JUNIOR HIGH WRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIPS WHEN: Friday March 30 (see schedule below) WHERE: Syracuse High School ADMISSION: -$6 for anyone over 5 years old -UHSAA and Region passes NOT accepted (this is not a UHSAA event) -Administrators free -Cheerleaders in uniform and with advisor free -Managers and wrestlers that did not qualify for the district tournament will only get in free if they are on the bus with their team upon arrival IMPORTANT INFORMATION: -We will not have concessions. We will allow you to bring your own food in, but ask that you help us keep the bleachers clean. There is another event that has the gym reserved at 6:00 pm and we need the facility to be in respectable condition when they come in. -Syracuse High School will be in session until 2:20 pm. Junior High students that leave the main gym area will be issued a truancy. -Patrons will not be allowed on the indoor track. SCHEDULE: WEIGH-IN: 10:00 pm (weigh-in rules will be strictly followed, please educate your wrestlers about weigh in expectations) ROUND 1: Championship Qtr. finals (3 mats): 11:00 am – 1:00 p.m. ROUND 2: Championship Semi-finals (1-2 mats): 1:00- 3:00 p.m. Consolation(1-2 mats): 1:00- 3:00 p.m. ROUND 3: Consolation Semi-finals (3 mats): 3:00-3:45 pm. ROUND 4: Championship 1st/2nd (1 mat): 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. Consolation Finals 3rd/4th (1 mat): 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. Awards: 5:30 pm
