2012 District II South Sub-District Tournament Saturday, March 10th, 2012 LOCATION: Garden Plain High School, 720 N Sedgwick, Garden Plain, KS 67050 ENTRY DEADLINE: All wrestlers must be entered through track wrestling by Wednesday, February, 29th, 10:00p.m. CST. All Clubs will be sent a username and password to enter their wrestlers. ENTRY FEE: $20.00 per wrestler. Please provide one check per club. Make checks payable to GPWC. Entry fees must be paid at the seeding meeting. Also any wrestler who qualifies for Districts must pay $20.00 before leaving the sub-district tournament. Please provide only one club check. SCHEDULE: Seeding meeting will be Sunday, March 4th, 2012 at Maize South High School 3701 N Tyler Rd. Wichita, KS 67205. Doors will be open at 11:00 am & seeding will begin at 1:00 pm. WRESTLING BEGINS: SOUTH SUB DISTRICT Will now be split. We will wrestle 8U, 12U and High School in the morning with a start time of 9:00 am. Afternoon session of 10U and 14U will begin approx. at 1:00 pm. Awards will be given to the top 4 placers but will wrestle out for 5th & 6th. WEIGH INS: Friday, March 9th 6:00-8:00p.m. & March 10th 6:00-6:30a.m. Wrestlers must be in a singlet to weigh in. No parents will be allowed in the weigh in area. Please enter through the east doors by the gymnasium. COACHES MEETING: 8:15 a.m. Coaches must have a current year coach`s card, Bronze level Certification or higher & a photo ID to receive their coaches band. Coaches must be banded to be mat side. This is not a weigh in for the afternoon session on Saturday. Concessions will be available throughout the entire day.
