ENTRY FEE: Send a check in the amount of $ 175.00 To help cover the cost of WIAA Licensed Officials and Athletic Trainer/Medical Personnel from Prevea Clinic.

Entry fee must be paid by January 3th, 2020. Please no checks day of the tournament.
ELIGIBLE:Middle School (5th -8th grade)
FORMAT: Determined after weigh in and and coaches meeting, will try and stay with 8 person bracket , but will depend on how many kids at each weight class. (Wrestler may be moved up 1 weight class from what they weigh in at. Similar to High school.)
Information and Roster download links will be provided after Team payment is received by Scott Conradt.
Teams Invited: Denmark, De Pere, Edison/Red Smith, Oconto Falls/Abrams, Mishicot, Southern Door,Parkview, Kewaunee
Rosters must be submitted through Trackwrestling.com website by Thursday January 9th by Noon with weights that the wrestler will make for Day of meet.
WEIGH-IN: 8:00 am,
COACHES MTG 9:00 am,
WRESTLING BEGINS 9:30 am approx.
between 3-5 rounds of wrestling depending on bracketing. We wait to stay around 4 round if possible.
AWARDS: Team Trophy for 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th places. Individual Medals for 1st-3rd
CONCESSIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE
Prevea Clinic - Licensed Athletic Trainer will be on site
WIAA OFFICIALS WILL BE USED
Spectators ? Admissions $2 per person
50/50 Raffle with the proceeds going to the ?Derek Benton Memorial Fund?
WEIGH-INS
&97; All wrestlers weigh in wearing suitable undergarments Singlet preferred.
&97; No Weight Allowance must make weight to be weight class eligible.
&97; All wrestlers must adhere to hair, nails & hygiene procedures. Skin Checks will be performed.
&97; Female Wrestlers will be weighed in first by a designated female by tournament director.
&97; If a student has braces, they must have a mouth guard or teeth protection.
&97; Coaches must submit a weigh-in roster for officials to record weights.
NEW FOR THIS TOURNAMENT NEW WEIGHT CLASSES
The weight classes will be 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 112, 119, 126, 133,140,148,160,170,185,200,HWT.
HWT WRESTLER TOURNAMENT RULE: If there is more than a 20 pounds difference in weight of the competing wrestlers, for safety & liability reasons, they will not be able to wrestle each other. Both teams will receive Team Points.
RANKING:
Will be seeded by Trackwrestling software program.
MATCH PROCEDURE:
&97; Periods are 1-1-1
&97; Over-Time Rule: using High School Rules
&97; Wrestler must report to the scorer?s table equipped and ready to wrestle when called upon.
&97; Officials will flip for choice each period.
INDIVIDUAL TOURNAMENT SCORING:
Same as high school. In case of a tie, National Federation tiebreaker criteria
will be applied.
We will do our best to create the best brackets possible.

The format for this tournament was created with the following goals in mind:
Friendly, fun, and good competition.
Experience for as many young wrestlers to participate in a team-oriented atmosphere.
