2017 Maverick JV Pool Tournament Weigh-In: Saturday January 28 @ 7:00 AM in the small gym. Scratch Wt. +2 (106=108) Please contact me if you have a dual on Friday. Coaches meeting at 7:30 am in the hospitality room. Wrestling: Wrestling begins at 8:30 AM. 3 mats will be used. Format: The tournament will be an individual round robin tournament with a minimum of 2 matches and a max of 5 matches per wrestler depending on the number of wrestlers in each weight class. Wrestlers will be put in to pools of 2-6 (depending on the number of wrestlers in their wt. class) and wrestle everyone in their pool. Awards: An award will be given to the top wrestler in each bracket. No team awards. Entry Fee: $175 Teams: Arvada, Berthoud, Delta, Erie , Fort Collins, Loveland, Mtn. Range, Mtn. View, Niwot, Overland, Platte Valley, Windsor and Roosevelt. 1. You will be able to make changes to your roster prior to wrestling. 2. Every effort will be made to separate wrestlers from the same school as much as possible. 3. Please make sure to check with the tournament director about your roster and brackets prior to wrestling.
