Listed below are important items for your attention concerning the NJCAA Eastern District II Wrestling Tournament that will be held at Rowan College at Gloucester County on Saturday, February 14, 2015. FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2015 6:00-7:00 PM Scale available in GCC Athletic Training Room 7:00 PM Seeding Meeting in Room 301 PE Center (across from gym) SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2015 7:30 AM Scales Open in GCC Athletic Training Room 8:00 AM Weigh-ins and Skin Check 10:00 AM Wrestling Begins (until conclusion) -Individual and team awards will be given out after the last bout (including those for true second) -Balloting for outstanding wrestler will be done immediately following the last bout -Wild card certifications for the NJCAA National Tournament will be discussed and chosen in Room 301 immediately following the awards ceremony. LODGING We are enclosing a list of hotels that are near Rowan College at Gloucester County. We were not able to secure a special rate from any hotel at a team price. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION -Please e-mail a properly identified 5 x 7 or 8 x 10 team photo to me by February 9, 2015. My e-mail address is rcase@rcgc.edu - Admission will be charged at the door. -Coaches must bring a completed 2014-15 NJCAA Individual Season Wrestling Record form for every wrestler entered. No Form-no seed. We need every head coaches e-mail address immediately. We will enter this information into the ?Track Wrestling? program that we are using and send the necessary information to coaches on how to proceed to enter their wrestlers into the program. Please have the e-mail addresses to me by this Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at noon so that we may get the process moving forward. -Concession services will be provided. -Our athletic trainer will be at the site.
