Coaches/Club Administrators, WEIGH-INS: All weigh-ins will take place Friday, March 6th at 5:00pm to 6:00pm. Please use Team rosters from trackwrestling.com to communicate weight info. All weigh-in sheets must be faxed in by 6:45pm to: 815-562-6693 attention Rich Harvey. TOURNAMENT INFO: Admission Fee: Adults-$5.00 Students-$3.00 SATURDAY WEIGH INS: 6:30am To 7:30am CHECK INS (WRESTLERS): All wrestlers need to check in between 6:30-7:45am. CHECK INS (COACHES): All coaches need to check in between 6:30-7:45am. Coaches must have coaches card available at check in. On Friday we will receive a list from the IKWF in regards to which coaches have the proper certification requirements set forth by the IKWF (ASEP?s Coaching Principals or NCEP?s Copper or Bronze). If a coach does not have the proper certification, we will NOT be able to issue them a floor pass. If a coach does not have a floor pass, they must stay in the stands. SCRATCHES: All scratches will need to be verified between 7:45-8:00 am at the check in tables. COACHES MEETING Coaches meeting will be @ 8:30. All teams will be notified of scratches at this time.
