Info
You are receiving this email because you have wrestlers entered in the Trailhands Tournament on January 3rd, 2015 and have agreed to the following protocol.
1) Weigh in shall be conducted by bronze certified coach utilizing certified scale
2) Skin and nail checks will be conducted at the time of weigh in. Skin issues will be grounds for disqualification on tournament day. Any weigh in official who “knowingly” allows a wrestler pass skin without scrutiny will not be allowed to conduct a weigh in for us again.
3) Weigh in will be conducted Friday, January 2nd, No Later Than 6:00pm through trackwrestling as instructed.
You have the authority to scratch participants, however your club will still be responsible for the entry fee for the participants that you scratch. You may move wrestlers to a more appropriate weight and age group to correct for errors and/or if a wrestler fails to make weight. THERE WILL BE NO MOVING SHUFFLING BACK AFTER A MOVE OCCURS.
You may NOT under any circumstance add wrestlers to your roster for any reason without permission of the tournament director or her assistant.
`Home site` weigh in sites are an important tool that add a level of convenience to your club members. However, the integrity of weigh in process is arguably the most important component to a successful tournament. Please honor the responsibility given to you as you carry out the weigh in process.
I have provided detailed instructions needed below. If you have any questions, please don`t hesitate to contact me at (785) 640-2422. Please ensure each kid is checked for skin and finger nail issues.
