Preregistration and online payment is mandatory.  Unless otherwise stated, all times are Eastern Standard.  Sunday, November 4th, 11 pm registration closes. The price to register before November 4th is $32.  Registration will reopen at 8 am on Monday, November 5th and close at 4pm on November 10th. The price to register during this period is $42.
