THE ONLY CHANGES WILL BE SCRATCHES. IF A KID DOESN`T MAKE WEIGHT HE WILL BE SCRATCHED. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO GIRLS AS I WILL BE GROUPING THEM ANYHOW. Coaches will have until 7pm on 1/6/23 to enter lineups & seeding information. Make sure you answer every question. IF YOU DONT HAVE YOUR ROSTER IN ON TIME YOUR KIDS WILL NOT BE ENTERED. I will open rosters back up from 7:01pm to 8:00pm on 1/6/23 to enter HEAD TO HEAD info. IF YOU DON`T INCLUDE YOUR SEEDING CRITERIA OR HEAD 2 HEAD INFO YOUR KIDS WILL BE DRAWN IN. Schedule for Saturday, January 7, 2023 Team Check-in/ Scales Open - 7:00am Weigh-ins Begins - 8:00am Coaches Meeting - 8:00am Wrestling Begins - 9:30am (earlier if possible) Finals scheduled to begin - 2:00pm (reality is I do not think they will start before 3pm but I will move along as fast as I can - we have a lot more teams than we had anticipated - DUE TO THE NUMBER OF TEAMS AND THE 5 MATCH MAX RULE (NFHS) I WILL LIKELY BE USING A 16 MAN WRESTLE BACK TO 5TH BRACKET WHICH PUTS SEMI LOSERS IN 3RD PLACE MATCH ELIMINATING CONSOL SEMIS AND CONSOL 1/4 FINAL WINNERS WRESTLING FOR 5TH (THUS ELIMINATING THE POSSIBILITY OF 6 MATCHES IN ONE DAY) I WILL DISCUSS THIS IF I AM GOING TO DO IT IN OUR MEETING DURING WEIGHIN. Girls Division Entry Fee: $20 per girl - Girls Fees due no later than the day of the tournament. (No IOUs) NO SEEDING...(WHEN INPUTTING UR GIRLS MAKE THEM NON-SCORING PLEASE.) They will be drawn in and probably grouped. Seeding Criteria: 1. Head 2 Head (any wrestler that has beaten a wrestler within 15 slot(s) above him and has not lost to any wrestler below the wrestler will get moved ahead of the wrestler he/she beat. If a wrestler has beaten a wrestler but lost to another wrestler below the wrestler he/she beat, that wrestler will not be moved) 2. State Placer 3. State Qualifier 4. Minimum of 6 matches 5.
