There will be no Pre-Registration: We will register all Wrestlers on Friday during Weighins Tournament Site: Mountain View High School TOURNAMENT DATE: Saturday, March 8th tournament starts at 9am, doors open at 8am. WEIGH-INS: Friday, March 7th from 4-7pm in the Mountain View Wrestling Room, West Gym. OSAA rules for weigh-ins are in effect. Absolutely, no weight cutting at the facility and no leaving the weigh in area, once you are present. Coaches, make this clear to all your parents and wrestlers. WRESTLER REGISTRATION FEE: $20 per wrestler Checks payable to Mountain View Wrestling and must be paid at weigh-ins. OTHER INFO: ? There will be no 5th/6th place match at Regionals. Consolation wrestle back for a true 3rd Place. ? Three, 1.5 minute rounds. ? Overtime will be 1 minute neutral ?sudden death? with a 30 second ?sudden death? double overtime from the referees position. ? Headgear is required. ? A technical fall will be 12 points. ? Only open to 6-8 graders. No exceptions ? No team scores will be compiled at regionals. ? Coaches will be required to pay $5.00 for a coach?s pass and only 2 coaches are allowed in the corner.
