Weigh-Ins: will be at 7:30 AM Wrestling: will start at 9:00 AM Format: Will be based on the number of athletes per weight class. As of now we are looking a bracket that offers a minimum of 3 and up to 5 matches in a full bracket. We will be using Trackwrestling to run this tournament. Medals: will be awarded for the top three in each weight class. Team trophy: will be awarded to the 1st place team. Seeding: Will be handled by Trackwrestling. When entering your line-ups, you will have an opportunity to provide information related to seeding. Failure to enter seeding information will affect your athlete?s placement within the bracket. Below are the windows of time for `Statisticians` to enter information about their wrestlers 1. They will have until 02/04/2020 10:00 p.m. C.S.T. to enter their lineup. 2. They will have until 02/07/2020 04:00 p.m. C.S.T. to enter seeding criteria information for each of their wrestlers. 3. They will have from 01/31/2020 08:01 a.m. C.S.T. until 02/07/2020 04:00 p.m. C.S.T. to enter head to head information for their wrestlers. ****Line-ups: Line ups should be entered on Trackwrestling. You will receive an email with a link to enter your teams. Please enter your starting JV wrestlers into Track. EXTRAS: If you have extra wrestlers that you would like to enter into this tournament. I will enter them as unattached and they will score no points for your team. Please email your extras (names and weights) to dgordon@cpsk12.org. We will work as best we can to get as many extras from as many teams as we can. We will be using them to fill brackets, not to make brackets bigger. You will be contacted individual by Thursday night/Friday morning if these extra athletes are entered into our tournament. Tournament Fees: Hickman will send out an invoice after the tournament.
