'33rd Annual Neosho Wrestling Tournament Teams Entered: Neosho - Branson - Kickapoo - Bentonville West McDonald County - Willard - Springdale Harbor - Farmington Awards: Medals will be presented to the top three placers in each weight class at the conclusion of the tournament. The top three teams will be recognized with trophies after the HWT?s are presented with their medals. Entry fee: $200 per Varsity Team Weigh-ins: 7:30am in the Mini-gym next to the High School Gymnasium Coaches Meeting: 7:30am Location: Hospitality Room Time Schedule: Wrestling will begin at 8:30am and we will look to break between 12 and 1 for a short lunch. Officials: Scott Robinson, John Hatfield, Curt Ivey, Kevin Carey Hospitality Room: Will be provided for coaches, officials, administrators, tournament workers, and bus drivers. Location: First classroom in the hallway West side of concession area. Concessions: Refreshments will be available for purchase. Lockers: Lockers will not be provided. Please make sure your athlete?s valuables are secured with your team at all times. Neosho High School will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items. Athletic Trainer: A certified Athletic Trainer from Freeman Sports Medicine will be set up in the High School Gym. Seeding Criteria: 1) State Place 2020 2) State Qualifier in 2020 3) 32nd Annual Neosho Tournament 4) Season Record Winning Percentage 5) Season Record Wins *Pool A will include Seeds 1 and 4 while Pool B will include Seeds 2 and 3. Order of Wrestling: Pools A and B - Round Robin Wrestling Round 1: 1 vs. 2; 3 vs. 4 Round 2: 1 vs. 3; 2 vs. 4 Round 3: 1 vs. 4; 2 vs. 3 In Case of a Tie in Pool Wrestling: 1) Head to Head in the event of a two way tie 2) Activity Points 3) Pins 4) Technical Falls 5) Major Decisions 6) Pin Time 7) Technical Fall Time 8) Match Points Lunch Break 20-30 minutes Championship Bracket Wrestling Round 4: Cross Bracket Matches ? 1?s vs. 2?s and 3?s vs. 4?s from each pool. Winners of 1?s vs. 2?s Advance to the Finals Losers wrestle for 3rd Winners of 3?s vs. 4?s wrestle for 5th Losers wrestle for 7th Round 5 & 6: Placement Matches Matches for 3rd, 5th, and 7th will be on 3 mats Championship matches will be on one mat and introduced as they take the mat to wrestle. The top three wrestlers will be recognized after the conclusion of the weight class following them in the championship matches. The top three teams will be recognized at the conclusion of the tournament.'
