2019 NELMSC Wrestling Championships Saturday, March 9, 2019 Weigh-ins @ 8:00 am EST in HS Lion Den Wrestling begins @ 9:00 am EST in HS Gym B 1. DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES: a. Directions will be sent to schools on how to enter athletes into TrackWrestling system. b. Please make sure all entries are loaded into the TrackWrestling program by 5:00 pm EST on Friday, March 8th. 2. GENERAL TOURNAMENT INFORMATION FOR ADs, COACHES, BUS DRIVERS, & FANS: a. Teams should be dropped off on the east side of the Bremen Public School complex at Door #15 or #16. This entrance is located off Marshall Street in the east parking lot. Buses should stage in the back of this lot during the tournament. Parking on the south side of the complex on Grant Street is also available. b. Teams will be assigned locker rooms upon arrival. Locker rooms will be left unlocked and may be shared with another team. Athletes are strongly encouraged not to leave valuables unattended in the locker room area. c. Weigh-ins will begin at 8:00 am EST in the Lion Den. A 2-lb. weight allowance will be given to wrestlers. d. Fans and spectators should park in the east lot on Marshall Street and enter at Doors #15 or #16. e. Tickets will be $4.00 per person (K-Adult). Pre-K children are admitted free. f. Wrestling will begin at 9:00 am EST in the HS Gym B. We will have three mats of wrestling taking place at once. Teams can stage themselves on the bleachers on the west side of the gym. Fans will sit in the east bleachers. g. A concession stand with food and drink items will be available. h. A hospitality room will be available for officials, coaches, event workers, and administrators. i. There will be an athletic trainer on site during the tournament. j. Fans can monitor events by visiting the TrackWrestling website (www.trackwrestling.com), clicking on the TW logo on the top left, and searching for the NELMSC event.
