`Rylee McCollum Memorial Tournament December 4, 2021 10:00 a.m. Teams Attending: Rich, Evanston(DMS), Cokeville, Big Piney, Star Valley ALL WRESTLERS NEED TO BE REGISTERED ONLINE VIA TRACK WRESTLING Registration Due by WEDNESDAY, December 1st ? 7:00 pm All wrestlers will be registered online ? No Exceptions The Athletic Director and/or Head Coach will receive an e-mail from trackwrestling with instructions and a password, this information can be used to register your wrestlers for the tournament Coach?s Meeting 9:20 a.m. Tournament: 10:00 a.m. to Finish. There will be a concession area open from approximately 10 a.m. until about 5:00pm. Format: Each wrestler will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 matches. Round robin brackets will be established for each weight class to the best of our ability. Weight classes may be combined to guarantee matches. Match Periods will be timed at 2-1-1 with overtime being sudden death Blood Notice: We will not have a certified athletic trainer available to assist with injuries. The coach and/or wrestler will be responsible for blood clean-up. *We will utilize 4 Mats* We will wrestle on four mats without any break, beginning with the 70 pound weight brackets. NOTE: We may combine weight classes based on numbers! Weigh-in your wrestlers on Wednesday, December 1st, 2021 Scratches ? Please Contact Bill Wiley prior to the Tournament with Scratches and bring all ?late? Scratches to the Coaches Meeting on Saturday Morning Bring a copy of an Entry Sheet/Weigh-in Sheet initialed or signed by an administrator to the coach?s meeting on Saturday for documentation ? Coaches Meeting in JHHS Main Gym Parents and other spectators need to be seated in the stands. Only wrestlers, managers, and coaches will be allowed on the gym floor areas... due to Covid-19 local guidelines, face coverings are required for all spectators. Wrestlers need to remain seated or in the warm up area until they are called. Our goal is to have the trackwrestling system up and running so that you can see it on a mobile device. Two coaches from the wrestler`s school will be allowed on the mat. No wrestler should wrestle without a coach present. Sportsmanship is expected of all participants and spectators.
