No spectators will be allowed in the gym, only athletes & coaches Friday, December 18, 2020 (schedule may shift slightly one way or the other)  1:00pm Weigh ins for all girls  2:15pm Wrestling begins for all girls  7:15pm Wrestling should conclude around this time Girls Entry Fee (girls entry fees are paid separate from the boy?s entry fee)  1 girl = $35  2 girls = $55  3-5 girls = $110  6-10 girls = $215  11-14 girls = $300  Any additional girl over 14 is $20 per girl Weight Classifications & Two Pound Weight Allowance  Girls weights (will be adjusted once the UHSAA comes out with weights: 108, 115, 120, 124, 128, 132, 136, 140, 145, 150, 160, 170, 190, 245). Girls will also receive a 2 pound allowance. Line-up Entry Deadline  Lineups must be posted online by Monday, December 14th at 7:00 P.M. (preferably earlier) to www.trackwrestling.com. To post your lineup and seeding criteria you will need to go www.trackwrestling.com and use your assigned username and password that will be sent to you in an email. DUE TO THE CIRCUMSTANCES WE NEED LINE UPS EARLY. LINE UPS CAN CHANGE AFTER THE 14th. Head to Head Matchups  Once the clock strikes 7 P.M. on MONDAY the 14th, all the teams` rosters will be available for public viewing. At that point you will be able to login and select which opponents your wrestler has beaten head-to-head. This option will only be open during that 24 hour period between 7 P.M. on Monday and 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday. If you have a lineup change between Monday and Friday, please email Jeff Newby by Friday morning at 8:00 A.M. at jeffreynewby@hotmail.com. For any other problems, call or text Jeff Newby. Weigh-in  For Friday weigh ins we will weigh in by weight class Seeding  Because of the efficiency of Trackwrestling`s seeding algorithm, a seeding meeting will not be necessary. Seeding will be conducted in accordance with the following tournament rules and criteria: o Head coaches are directly responsible to ensure their team rosters and all seeding information is entered on-time and accurately! Wrestlers who have no seeding criteria entered may not be considered for seeding. Any disgruntled parents or competitors will be reminded of the policy and will be referred to the wrestler`s head coach. o Lineup Deadline: Monday, December 14th, 7:00 PM: Lineups and seeding information (grade in school, season win-loss record, big tournament finishes, returning post-season finishes, etc.) must be entered before this Monday night deadline. See below for seeding criteria. o Head-to-head Matchups Entry Deadline is Tuesday, December, 14th, 7:00 PM: Only current season head-to-head wins and losses apply. Before entering a head-to-head win for a wrestler, make sure he has indeed beaten any opponents you indicate. o Seeding will be finalized by the program and by the tournament directors by Thursday night, December 17. Following weigh ins, the weight classes, entries, and seeds will be verified and final brackets will be released.
