22nd ANNUAL RICK LINK INVITATIONAL WRESTLING TOURNAMENT Welcome to the 22nd annual Rick Link wrestling tournament held at Union Local High School. Participating teams this year are: Union Local, Barnesville, Beallsville, Bellaire, Bridgeport, Buckeye Local, Coshocton, Edison, Hempfield Area, Hundred, Linsly, Madonna, Meadowbrook, North Allegheny, Paden City, River, Shenandoah, Steubenville, West Muskingum, and Wirt County. The format will be a pool style tourney with each weights pools being determined at the close of the entry window. We will do our best to get all wrestlers 5 matches. Absolutely NO JV or B teams are permitted, however if a weight class is not full we will insert JV wrestlers to fill up brackets. Breaks between rounds will be minimal. Date: Saturday, December 11, 2021 Price: $150.00 per team of 5 or more or $25 per wrestler if 4 or less wrestlers on a team. We will run the rounds as soon as possible after the previous round is done. WEIGH-INS: 8:00 am Saturday, December 11th ----- BY TEAM Seeding Meeting: There will be no seed meeting. Seeding will be based on Trackwrestling criteria. Entries: All entries will be made through Trackwrestling. You will have until 10:00pm on Thursday 12/9/21 to enter your lineup. You will have from 10:01pm on Thursday 12/9/21 until 6:00pm on Friday 12/10/21 to enter any seeding criteria for your wrestlers. Include all JV wrestlers. Wrestlers will NOT be allowed to change weight classes after the entry window closes on Thursday 12/9/2021. IF YOUR LINEUP IS NOT ENTERED AT THE CLOSE OF THE ENTRY WINDOW YOUR TEAM WILL NOT BE ENTERED! Awards: First and second place team, Outstanding Wrestler, and 1st -4th place weight class awards will be presented. Coaches: No crock pots, cookers/roasters, etc will be permitted.
