'The 14th Annual Panther Round Robin Tournament Central Springs High School December 12, 2020 10:00 am Teams: · Varsity ? BCLUW/South Hardin, Central Springs, Garner Hayfield Ventura, Newman Catholic, South Hamilton, Tripoli · UPDATE TO JV ? matches will be held after rounds 1, 2, and 3 Weigh-ins: 8:30 AM We will weigh in everyone (Varsity first, then JV). Weigh-ins will take place in the Central Springs wrestling room. It is located next to the small gymnasium. A trainer from Athletico will be on hand to provide skin checks. Coaches Meeting & Hospitality Room: We will hold a brief coaches meeting in the Room 19 at the conclusion of weigh-ins to go over finals plans for the day. This room will also serve as the Hospitality Room for coaches, administrators, bus drivers, and tournament workers through the day providing food and drinks. Signs will be posted to direct necessary individuals. Rosters: We will be utilizing Track Wrestling for this year`s tournament. Your coaches will receive an email regarding the entry procedure. JV wrestlers need to be emailed to me at emiller@centralsprings.net by Thursday, December 12 at 3:00 pm. Please be prompt in meeting all deadlines. Wrestling: All Varsity rounds will be on two mats in the main gym and JV will be held after rounds 1, 2, and 3. A Six man round-robin format will be utilized for Varsity with matches being a 2-2-2 structure. JV matchups will be determined prior to Saturday so you can be prepared for who will be able to wrestle well in advance. Locker rooms: You will be directed to your locker room upon arrival and will remain unlocked throughout the duration of the tournament. Please be responsible for valuables. Provide your own towels. Awards: Varsity 20 team championship medals. Medals for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place individuals. JV No team score or awards will be given. Bus Parking: Please inform your bus driver to park your bus in front of the bus barn for the convenience of the fans. Starting from the east door, back bus directly in front of the bus barn doors. Admission: Adults $5---Students $3. Coaches, managers, cheerleaders, and cheer advisor will receive free admission. Superintendents, principals, and ADs should present their IHSAA pass.
