The Patriot Fall Throwdown

The Patriot Fall Throwdown

Info
Maddison weight= all group weights use n/a in setup Use 4 man bracket with bouts for Pre-Bantam thru Intermediate Use 2, 3 or 4 man round robins (not with bouts) No need to set up times for periods or rest times since it in done on paper bouts. Must have announcer and paper for the event. Pre-Bantam thru Intermediate - group should go to the mat to finish all rounds. Print out bout sheet for older kids all at once and give to announcer to send out. Have Ned sanction and buy $3 private insurance. Call him at the end of the tournament to see if he will donate the private insurance amount if there were no injuries. If there were injuries or he doesn`t donate you must cut a check for $3 per uncarded entrant and send it to the state right after the tournament. Next year half the mats for Pre-bantam and Bantams. It took 35 minutes for the first batch, the second batch took 30 minutes then went about 25 minutes. It took some time to learn how to do it for the table help and parents. Started Novices this year at 11:30 am. Next year think about starting at 9:00 a.m. Pre-B and Bantam. Should finish up at 10:30 if we had 8 mats. 10:30 go to full mats with intermediate and Novice. (Would be 4 full mats). Should be 2 1/3 hours.
