No wrestle backs for second. Modified Colorado State High School rules Certified referees and certified trainer on site. Double Bracketing permitted as long as the wrestler wrestles in their age group and the age group older and pay registration for double bracketing. (Round Robin format maybe used with brackets of only 3-5 wrestlers) Developmental Division is for inexperienced wrestlers & those still learning the basic techniques/goals of the sport. Please be mindful of the need for growth of the sport and allow developing wrestlers to learn through competition.
