There is a 1 lbs weight allowance. Tot, Bantam, and Midget begin wrestling at 8:30AM (Central) Novice, Schoolboy, and High School begin wrestling at 1:30 PM(Central) Matches will be a 1-1-1 format except for the High School division. High School matches will be 1.5-1.5-1.5. Overtime will be 1 minute sudden death from neutral. After that the 30-30 system will be used. Registration: Is open now at $20. After July 6th it goes to $30. Online registration closes at Noon on 7/27/18 Walk up registration is $40. No Exceptions. Double bracketing is accepted and we will accommodate the best we can. No guarantees This tournament is an AAU insured event. AAU membership required. General Admission: Adults: $35 - 3 day $25 - 2 day $15 - 1 day Children under 5 are free. This is a rapidly growing tournament which includes elementary, middle and high school. Southeastern High school kids are using it as a warm up for the Super 32 qualifier. The 132lb class alone had multiple state champions in the bracket and was won by Drew Eller. Drew won his Super 32 Qualifier and is listed as a top 5 elite Athlete on Trackwrestling. Last years tournament included some of the toughest competitors in the Southeast. Participants came from Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Texas, and Ohio. We have outgrown our facility and have adjusting accordingly. This year we will be adding the Deep South k-8 Duals to the event. We plan to host at least 24 K-8 duals teams from around the country. Our goal is to get the kids around 15 matches over 3 days. Slots will be limited to a first come first serve basis. These tournaments are about producing quality competition in our area at this time of year. Alabama wrestling is on the rise with our first Fargo champion in Sam Latona.
