For the Bayou Elite Lion Open we will be doing a satellite weigh in. All athletes must weigh in for the tournament with their club coach Thursday 1/26/2017 by 10 PM Central time. Coaches will then sign up that athlete for the tournament. Athletes, parents, and coaches are liable for anyone in that club/organization that does any negligent act of an athlete not in the correct weight class. We will do a call out system if a parent or coach believes the athlete is in the wrong weight class. That athlete will have to then go the scale and conduct a weigh in. The athlete must be within three pounds of the weight class. If over the three pounds and the club coach will be fined and the athlete will be deemed ineligible from the competition. If the athlete does not pre-register and registers onsite with a club coach or parent. They will then do a on site weigh in.
