Soroco High School will be hosting an invitational wrestling tournament on Saturday, December 9, 2017 in Oak Creek, CO. We would like to invite any 1A-5A Varsity or JV teams. We can run up to a total of four mats between both our gyms. We will be running the tournament using the Track Wrestling program. We will run up to 16-man brackets, meaning we should be able to include any non-point scoring wrestlers. If we fill a bracket, we will also work to provide exhibition matches if necessary for that weight class of extra wrestlers. We can take the first 20 teams. Medals will go to the top four finishers in each weight division, and team trophies to the top two teams. The entry fee for the 2017 tournament will be $150 per team. Schedule: 7:00 am - Weigh In 8:00 am - Coaches Meeting 9:00 am - Wrestling Begins For some schools that have further distances to travel, if you let us know ahead of time, we can accommodate by weighing right at 8:00 am if necessary. We will have full concessions for visiting fans and a hospitality room for coaches, bus drivers, and administration.
