The format for the Affton Wrestling Tournament will be similar to two years ago. We have 13 teams this year. We will have two pools of four wrestlers or four pools of three wrestlers. It will depend on how we are able to fill out each weight class. Entries are to be done on Trackwrestling.com. &80;Brackets will be drawn by Trackwrestling.com on Saturday morning. The on-line entry must be completed and filled out completely by email no later than 8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 2nd. No wrestler who has not been entered by Friday December 2nd. Will compete. Wrestlers, who do not make weight, will not be placed in another weight class. They may be only replaced. Schedule: 6:45 a.m. - Scale is open 7:15 a.m. - Weigh-ins begin 8:15 a.m. - Coaches meeting 9:00 a.m. - Wrestling begins, rounds 1-5. A 30 minute break for lunch will be taken Between noon and 1:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m. - 1st. And 3rd. Place matches. Awards will be made at the conclusion of all Matches. 6:30 p.m. - Tournament completed Awards: Team trophies for 1st. And 2nd. Place. Individual medals for 1st, 2nd., and 3rd. Facilities: Lockers are available but locks are not finished.
